STRONG sessions

Strong is our small group strength coaching program for people who want to train like an athlete & get STRONG in 3 hours or less per week. With tailored training and expert guidance, you’ll build confidence in the gym and get the results you want.

Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve your lifting goals, and with our flexible scheduling, you can choose a time that fits perfectly into your busy life. In these sessions, we focus on rebuilding and integrating your technique into your main lifts, ensuring that you develop the skills you need to excel in your weightlifting journey.

Drop In to MWBC
